ROSE offers affordable homes, resident support, activities for kids and youth development programs. We are an asset-based community development organization. This means we build on our community's existing strengths and assets.
What We Do
We believe everyone has a right to an affordable home. For renters, that means being able to afford the monthly rent and still have money left to pay for food, transportation, utilities, and saving for long-term goals.From babies to seniors, we offer engaging programs and valuable resources to our residents. Our programs are resident-driven because we believe that people are experts of their own experience and the best generators of solutions.
