Paid Family Leave

Employers have started adding PFL benefits as a helpful recruitment and retention tool, as well as to provide a financial safety net for employees.

The trend toward offering PFL benefits is on the rise. In a survey conducted by The Standard and the Disability Management Employer Coalition, 33 percent of employers anticipate offering PFL programs before the end of 2018 and 74 percent of employers hope to do so within the next five years.
