New Question on Suitability Form 15510

We’ve updated our suitability form with a question that asks why a client wants to exchange or replace an annuity. Because replacements are highly regulated, we must determine that they are in a client’s best interest. This question helps us do so.

Clients can choose from several reasons, but the more detail you provide, the better.

Look for section B, question d., which asks, “What is the reason for the exchange or replacement?”
