Complete, Sign, Submit
We’ll welcome photocopies of:
- New business applications and supplemental forms
- 1035 exchange requests and IRA transfers (assuming the other carrier will accept copies)
- Withdrawal and distribution requests
- Death claim processing forms
- Policy administration forms such as address change and beneficiary change requests
We’ll accept these electronic signatures:
- Photograph of the forms complete with your client’s signature
- Photocopy or photograph of the client’s state-issued ID included with the unsigned required forms
- E-Signatures for new business applications from approved vendors
- Allows you and your clients to complete and sign a downloadable PDF application electronically

Speed Up the Sale
We’re temporarily waiving the requirement that a power of attorney affidavit must be notarized. We still require a signature for the Agent/Attorney in Fact. We’ll enforce all state-required execution formalities on the POA document itself.
Faster Delivery
We’ll email a copy of the new business contract to you and your client. Remember to include email addresses for both you and your client on the application.
