Announcing Policy eDelivery

We’ve streamlined policy delivery! We’ll securely deliver Guaranteed Standard Issue policies directly to policyowners through DocFast^®. This means agencies or brokers no longer need to deliver PDF policies that don’t require an amendment to employers or employees, freeing up your valuable time.

You’ll have 24/7 visibility into the delivery process through a real-time dashboard — at the group level — and you can drill down into individual policies. The process is easy for policyowners, too. See how it works in our GSI eDelivery Guide.

DocFast is available only for new policy deliveries. For policies requiring an amendment or letter of decline or postponement, distribution partners are still responsible for PDF email delivery to the individual policyowner. Increase endorsements for in-force policies will continue to be mailed from The Standard directly to policyowners.

Effective Aug. 8, new groups will be onboarded using the DocFast eDelivery system. In-force groups will be added to DocFast throughout the year — either at the time of a new addition or annual renewal. As we onboard new groups, you can share the Policy eDelivery for GSI flyer with employers.

If you already have a DocFast account to deliver The Standard’s fully underwritten or Graduate Medical Education program policies, no account changes are needed. You’ll automatically see GSI policies in your dashboard as they’re delivered.
