Your success in selling The Standard’s Individual Disability Insurance coverage can increase your earning potential. With our partner plan, you can earn up to $10,000 on top of your regular grid commissions.

Here’s How the Bonus Program Works

This Partner Bonus provides an opportunity for you to earn bonuses on fully underwritten Platinum Advantage, Business Overhead Protector® or Business Equity ProtectorSM products sold in a calendar year.

  • Sell $20,000 in annualized premium to qualify for the base $2,000 bonus.
  • When you sell $30,000 or more in annualized premium, The Standard increases your bonus amount up to $10,000.
  • We pay bonuses directly to you in January the following year.
