Update to Policy Reporting

We’re enhancing your late/lapse report to include policies that have terminated overnight. This change will become effective Dec. 1, 2024.

Currently, the first tab of the report shows policies with a late payment only once. A policy will only appear as lapsed again if we don’t receive premium by the end of the grace period. Moving forward, we’ll add a second tab to the report to show any policy that terminated the prior business day.

Please note that the report will still generate even if only one tab has information, so you may see a blank tab.

We hope this report will help you track the status of policies serviced by your agency and producers.
