5 Things to Look for When Selecting a Pooled Plan Provider

Pooled Employer Plans, or PEPs, enable businesses across all industries and at any stage of maturity to set up and administer a retirement plan for their employees. PEPs help simplify plan administration while providing fiduciary protections for employers.

Once an employer has determined a PEP is the appropriate vehicle for its employees’ retirement savings, it must select and monitor a qualified Pooled Plan Provider, or PPP, and other designated fiduciaries to run most of the PEP’s administrative and fiduciary duties.
