Results are in from the PLANSPONSOR magazine 2023 Best in Class DC Providers survey. In addition, for the third year in a row, The Standard held a top three ranking for net promoter scores in the $25 million – $50 million category. The Standard qualified in a third category as well, ranking No. 6 in the $5 million – $25 million space.

Best in Class 2023, Defined Contribution Provider, PLANSPONSOR

PLANSPONSOR also recognized The Standard as one of 10 standout providers. The 10 companies earned the greatest number of service awards in the survey’s six main categories. We’re honored to receive a gold standout award in the under $5 million market space and a bronze standout award in the $25 million – $50 million market space.

PLANSPONSOR surveys more than 2,000 defined contribution plan sponsors every year. Plan sponsors are asked questions about their satisfaction with recordkeepers in key areas. PLANSPONSOR then measures and evaluates the feedback to reach their results.

“This survey is particularly meaningful because it is based on feedback from our own clients,” said Maria Gonzalez, vice president of Retirement Plan Services. “We are committed to providing a positive service experience for all our plan sponsors and their employees every day.”
