Your portal, eServices, offers the fastest, easiest and most secure way to administer your dental and vision plans.
Through eServices you can:
- Enroll, change or terminate member coverage
- Download and pay your bill online
- View payment and billing history
- View and download your policy and member certificates

If you're the primary administrator and want to set up access for your organization, your first step is to complete the eServices Agreement.

Once you receive your Authorization ID, select one of the login options above and follow the instructions for First-Time Users.
If your organization already has portal access and you'd like to be added as a user, contact your primary portal administrator.

Dental and vision plans are administered in a separate system. While you can access both portals through a single-sign-on process, all other functions — such as member maintenance and viewing or paying your bill — are separate.
To use one sign-on to access both portals, please follow these instructions:
- You must first complete the registration and login process for each portal.
- Once you've completed the registration and login process, log in to the life and disability portal. You’ll be directed to the My Home page, where you’ll see sections for both portals.
- Select Go to eServices under the Dental & Vision Administration section.
- From the next screen, click Log In to eServices to link your accounts.
- Log In under the Existing Users section using your dental and vision portal administrator User ID and password.
- Once logged in, you’ll see a link to Return to My Home. This allows you to return to the My Home page to access the life and disability portal.
Once you’re logged in to either portal, you can navigate between them. If you’re in the dental and vision portal, select the Return to My Home link to get to the life and disability portal. If you’re in the life and disability portal first, select Go to eServices under the Dental & Vision Administration section.

We send the primary portal administrator an email a few days after we receive the eServices agreement. Check to see if it ended up in a “junk” folder. Please contact us for further assistance.

Once you’re logged in to the employer portal, select the Admin tab, then click Add New User or Edit Existing User and complete the form. The eServices Registration video walks you through the exact process.
To view your own information, you’ll need to set up a separate member account. Your Member User ID and password will be separate from your Administrator ID and password. You’ll need to access your member account from the Log In link on the Dental and Vision Member Services page. You won’t be able to use the Administrator Log In link to view your member account. If you need help setting up your member account, please view the Portal Login Instructions from the Log In link.
