Washington State Changes 2019 PFL Reporting Deadline
The state of Washington has changed its Paid Family Leave reporting deadline from April to July.
Between July 1 and July 31, 2019, employers who have employees in Washington state must submit both Q1 and Q2 reports and premium payments.
The timeline change will not affect the availability of benefits for employees. They can still begin applying for benefits in January 2020.
