Alexia Holt Wins NAFA Leadership Award

Alexia Holt, senior sales consultant for Individual Annuities, recently won the Next-Gen Annuity Leadership Award for 2021 from the National Association of Fixed Annuities.

NAFA is the primary industry group that represents the fixed annuity industry and our distribution partners, or National Marketing Organizations.

The organization’s award honors individuals for their outstanding work supporting and elevating messaging around the need for a secure retirement.

Alexia is one of five professionals to win recognition this year for being:

  • NAFA members under age 40 who have contributed specific achievements to the annuity marketplace
  • Leaders with a history of innovation in the field, outstanding performance in their business and a track record of meaningful involvement within NAFA and in the retirement industry
  • Individuals who personify professionalism, are blazing a trail for peers and those who follow and are well-positioned to leave a lasting effect for years to come
