Boys & Girls Aid seeks safety and support for children in need through lifelong connections. The agency was founded in 1885.
What We Do
Boys & Girls Aid seeks lifelong connections for children growing up without families. For over 135 years, we have helped Oregon's youth find permanency through stable foster care placements and adoption. We also offer housing services and operate the only youth homelessness shelter in Washington County.

Volunteers create a ripple effect of good in the world; they are the change makers, the people who believe one small act can make a big difference. Making meals, purchasing bikes, teaching dance lessons, and organizing fundraisers for children living in foster care are examples of how Boys & Girls Aid volunteers have recently helped children living in foster care. These acts help youth know they are important, they matter, and their community cares about them. You can make a difference in the lives of youth by volunteering with Boys & Girls Aid.
