Bridge Meadows creates and inspires intergenerational communities for the well-being of children, families and elders. Our social purpose is to provide permanency of home and family for children and youth who have been impacted by foster care.
What We Do
We know that with stable housing and relationships, children can live healthy and abundant lives. Our communities are specifically designed for foster families and elders, who serve as surrogate grandparents and caregivers. Children, parents and elders who live at Bridge Meadows experience the security of stable homes, the benefit of intergenerational relationships, and the power of onsite therapeutic services provided by social workers and mental health professionals. Together, these services lead to self-sufficiency, permanent families with lower rates of child welfare recidivism, and the opportunity for older adults to age in place safely.
