Elder Pride Services Friendly House

Friendly House
Friendly House Elder Pride Services works to enhance the lives of older Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, and Two-Spirited (LGBTQ+) community members through education, advocacy, outreach and resource development.

At Friendly House Elder Pride Services (formerly SAGE Metro Portland), we work every day to create memories for LGBTQ+ elders that bring delight, respect and belonging. Through education, advocacy, outreach and resource development, we work to improve the lives and outcomes of our LGBTQ+ elders. We build community and combat isolation through social events, holiday parties, wellness events, outdoor activities and more! At EPS, we passionately advocate for fair, sustainable legislation and policies that protect and uplift our elders. Our advocacy includes involvement with legislative and community leaders, partnerships with senior housing providers and a connection to the SAGE National network.
