Housecall Providers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality home-centered medical care, integrating primary, palliative and hospice services for homebound or seriously ill members of our community.
What We Do
We pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled medical care to the homebound and to chronically ill members in our community. Patients receive quality medical care in the residence of their choice, be it in a private home, residential setting or an adult care home. In addition to our primary care practice, we offer advanced illness care and hospice services so our patients can complete their lives with dignity, respect and compassion. Our volunteers are an essential part of the services we provide to the community.

Since starting our hospice in 2009, volunteers have become an integral part of our organization supporting patients, caregivers, families and staff. Whether they are in the field or assisting in the office, they enhance our care model through one-on-one patient connection, supporting our music program or lending their expertise to our office staff. Many of our current staff are former volunteers and we most definitely want that trend to continue.
