Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington is part of a worldwide nonprofit organization that gives young people the knowledge and skills to reach their potential through programs promoting work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
What We Do
Since 1950, Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington (JA) has empowered local students by giving them the knowledge and skills they need to manage money, plan for the futures, and make smart academic, career, and economic choices. Delivered by business and community volunteers, our K-12 programs focus on work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. JA's priority is to reach students from low-income and underserved communities. Our experiential, hands-on programs inspire and prepare young people for their future success.
