What We Do

Oregon BRAVO Youth Orchestras provides free musical instruments and instruction to youngsters from some of Portland's poorest schools, teaching not only musical skills but those of focus, determination, group dynamics, collaboration and conflict resolution; all with the goal of being able to apply these skills to any future endeavor in which they choose to engage. At the same time, they experience the wonder of achievement and creativity.
