SnowCap Community Charities is a non-profit, philanthropic organization in East Multnomah County that provides food, clothing, hygiene items, pet food and other services to our neighbors in need.

Disability and Hunger

What We Do

Families or individuals who live in our service area can come to SnowCap each month for help with groceries, as well as make appointments to access our free clothing closet. We are a donation-based organization that relies on the generosity of the community to provide our neighbors with essentials that will help them through the month.
