Katrina Smith
Katrina Smith has over 20 years of experience overseeing human resource operations for companies across a variety of industries. She began her career as an HR generalist, and has spent the past decade honing her expertise around FMLA, ADAAA, STD and LTD programs. Katrina has been a national practice leader for absence management at The Standard since 2020. Prior to this, she spent 10 years in the industry with another TPA. Katrina uses her deep understanding of multi-state regulatory compliance to inform her strategic approach to building effective absence management programs.
