The Standard Promotes Todd Beck to Second Vice President of Individual Disability Insurance Shared Services

PORTLAND, Ore. — Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) announced today that Todd Beck has been promoted to second vice president of Individual Disability Insurance Shared Services.

Beck joined The Standard in 2016 as a senior director in Employee Benefits and the site manager for the company’s Altavista, Virginia, office. In his new role, Beck will oversee technology, claims, billing and reinsurance teams for IDI.

“Todd’s focus on customer service and operational excellence make him a perfect fit for this new role,” said Jeremy Horner, vice president of Individual Disability Insurance and the Business Transformation Office at The Standard. “These teams all play a very important role in delivering a positive customer experience and Todd is the right leader to bring them together.”

Beck has a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University in Ohio.
