Our executives serve on dozens of nonprofit boards. To prepare, they participate in annual board training sessions sponsored by The Standard.
Multiple times a year, The Standard brings executives together for board training, both for new board members and refresher courses for more seasoned board members. The full day course includes presentations from a number of The Standard's community partners on topics ranging from what's expected of board members to fiduciary responsibilities. More than 50 senior leaders at The Standard currently serve their local communities through nonprofit board leadership.
