Top 3 Reminders for Applications and Quicker Commissions
These three reminders will help applicants complete the application process quickly and make sure you’re paid promptly.
1. Make sure all applications are complete, including the Producer Information Report. Incomplete or inaccurate information causes most application delays. On the PIR, make sure your full legal name is provided, as well as your unique producer ID, agency’s number and other required information. You can reduce delays by thoroughly checking that all applications, including PIRs, are complete and in good order before you submit them.
2. Help the client schedule the TeleApp telephone interview quickly. Did you know there are four ways to schedule a TeleApp phone interview? Choose the one most convenient for your applicant:
- Text and smartphone. Applicants who provide mobile phone numbers will receive a text from LTCG, our TeleApp vendor, with a link to schedule their telephone interview online.
- On a computer or tablet. Once a TeleApp is ordered, LTCG will email the client a link and information to schedule the interview.
- At point of sale. You can schedule the appointment while completing the application with the applicant by calling 844.276.1330.
- By telephone. If the TeleApp has been ordered and the interview hasn’t been scheduled, LTCG will also call your client to attempt to schedule the interview.
3. Meet delivery requirement deadlines. Make sure all delivery requirements are in the home office by 2 p.m. Pacific on the commission cut-off date. This ensures you’ll receive payment on the next commission date. See the Commission Calendar.
