How Trauma Affects the Workplace — and What to Do About It

Recognize signs of trauma:2

  • Increased startle responses
  • Extreme emotional reactions, especially anger or fear
  • Either aggression or withdrawal
  • Impaired communication skills
  • Difficulty concentrating and following through on directives
