The Standard Lands in Top 5 for Net Recommendation Scores
Results are in from the 2020 PLANSPONSOR Best-in-Class DC Provider Survey
Clients responding to the 2020 PLANSPONSOR Best-in-Class DC Provider Survey gave The Standard high marks for Net Recommendation/Promoter Score — a measure of how likely they’d be to recommend a provider.
The Standard reached the overall top five in two market categories.
In the Micro Market (under $5 million), The Standard scored a Net Promoter score of 97%, taking second place. In the $25 to $50 million category, The Standard scored 85%, tying for fourth place.
In addition, The Standard received a total of 48 Best-in-Class awards in three market categories:
- <$5MM
- $5MM to $25MM
- $25MM to $50MM
That’s a 55% increase from 2019.
Service and support for plan sponsors continued to be The Standard’s strongest area in the survey, receiving 11 of a possible 12 Best-in-Class awards across qualifying market categories.
“This would be an impressive accomplishment in any year. Achieving such results during a global pandemic truly showcases our strengths and reinforces our consistent, service-first culture,” said Maria Gonzalez, vice president of Retirement Plan Services.
